Keeping Safe Online

Online safety is something that we take seriously at St Mary's. We strive to make sure that all of our children are equipped for the technological world and know how to keep themselves safe.

According to Ofcom’s most recent research, a significant proportion of children are already online by the time they start school.

To help our parents and carers, we have provided some advice about setting up the most appropriate apps for your children, and how to manage what your child can access. We signpost advice weekly as part of our Web Wednesday support on our Facebook Page.

Rochdale Safeguarding Children's Partnership & Policy information

The partnership has a child centred and co-ordinated approach with a focus on continuous improvement where safeguarding is "everyone's business" and children and their families are supported by flexible and responsive services at the right time.
